iQOO is reportedly developing its first ever Ultra flagship, most likely to be named as iQOO 14 Ultra. The Snapdragon 8 Elite 2 is expected in the iQOO 14 Ultra, bringing increased power and better efficiency to it. With its new eight-core Oryon CPU design, Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 8 Elite 2 provides up to a 45% increase in CPU performance and 44% more efficiency than its predecessor. With this feature, the iQOO 14 Ultra can manage tough tasks and gaming with no problem.
For high-quality performance over a long period, especially when gaming, the phone is expected to include an active cooling fan. With this feature, the device can handle overwork safely and stay consistently cool.
iQOO 14 Ultra will feature 2K LTPO flat display. The display will also feature LIPO tech. This technology enables ultra-thin bezels for a near edge-to-edge visual experience with a slim, modern design. Flat displays are coming back to flagship devices due to its practical ergonomic and undeniably quite irritating accidental touch intolerant user.
People who enjoy photography can look forward to this device. The smartphone will feature a 50MP triple camera setup with a periscope telephoto lens with great zoom. Periscope cameras are becoming more common in top phones and by adding one on the iQOO 14 Ultra, the company promises clearer images shot from far away.
The iQOO 14 Ultra will also have an IP68 rating for water and dust resistance. From the battery front it will feature an ultra large 7500mAh battery paired with 100W wired and wireless charging technology.
