OPPO recently launched its Find X8 and Find X8 Pro models a few months ago. Now, the company is reportedly planning to introduce the Find X8 Ultra device. According to rumors, this Ultra device is expected to launch in China as early as next month, in March. However, the Find X8 series will not end there; we can also look forward to the debut of a new compact flagship this year, called the OPPO Find X8 Mini.
OPPO Find X8 Mini is launching soon, would be the thinnest device in the lineup
Popular tipster Digital Chat Station on the Chinese microblogging platform Weibo has shared some insights about the upcoming OPPO Find X8 Mini. The tipster says that the a ‘straight screen flagship’ will be ‘thin’ and ‘light’. He says that the device will measure the thickness of 7.xx mm. As per him, it’s the thinnest flagship smartphone he has seen in a long time.
It’s good to see more and more brand stepping up and launching their compact flagship devices. Vivo also debuted its first compact flagship device, the Vivo X200 Pro Mini and now its time for OPPO to follow the suit.
OPPO seems to be trying a lot of new things with the X8 Mini. An earlier report claims that the device will mark the brand’s switch from physical alert slider to a capacitive touch style alert slider. This would be similar to how Action Button works on iPhones. But let’s wait for the official announcement to know more about the gadget.
