MediaTek just released its new mid-range chipset, the Dimensity 9400e, designed for strong performance offering in the segment. Brands like OnePlus and Realme are set to launch phones with this chipset. Now, Realme has taken the lead by announcing that its upcoming Realme Neo 7 Turbo will be the first smartphone to run on the Dimensity 9400e.
MediaTek Dimensity 9400e confirmed for the Realme Neo 7 Turbo
The Global Marketing and Vice President of Realme, Xu Qi has announced on his official Weibo handle that the upcoming Realme Neo 7 Turbo will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9400e chipset. It will be the first device in the world to be powered by the said chipset.

He also says the Neo 7 Turbo will be the most powerful phone in its price range, around 2,500 CNY. This tells us two things: first, the phone will likely cost about that much, and second, it should outperform other phones in that price bracket. The official launch is set for May 29th at 2:00 PM local time in China.
The Realme Neo 7 Turbo is packing some exciting upgrades, including a 100W wired charging, a high-capacity silicon-carbon battery, and a fresh, unique design. But it won’t have the market to itself—the upcoming OnePlus Ace 5 Extreme Edition is rumored to run on the same Dimensity 9400e chipset. The competition is heating up!
