Xiaomi has begun developing the next iteration of its HyperOS, version 2.2. We recently reported on the possible rollout timeline for HyperOS 2.2 after the company indirectly revealed details about the update. Now, according to a new source, Xiaomi has released another beta version of the upcoming software, taking it one step closer to a stable public release.
Xiaomi HyperOS 2.2 Beta Version 200.14 is out
According to XiaomiTime, the Chinese tech giant has begun rolling out the next beta version of its HyperOS 2.2 operating system—specifically, version 2.0.200.14. The update is currently available for select testers using the Xiaomi 15 and Xiaomi 15 Pro. Once the update passes stability and bug checks, it will likely expand to more testers before eventually reaching stable users.
The latest update aims at making the user interface smoother and stable. It improves the responsiveness of gestures in the user interface, resolves the camera processing issue reported in the earlier beta version and also streamlines the notification management system. More details on the update on core changes will be out once broader number of people gets access to it or once the stable rollout begins.
