Looks like OnePlus is gearing up to introduce its next budget-friendly smartphone – the Nord CE 5. The device recently popped up on the UAE’s TDRA certification platform, hinting that its launch isn’t too far away. While the listing doesn’t spill any specs, it does confirm the model number (CPH2719), suggesting the phone could arrive as early as May.

What the OnePlus Nord CE 5 Might Offer
If leaks are to be believed, the Nord CE 5 could pack a 6.78-inch OLED display with Full HD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. For photography, it might sport a dual-camera setup, including a 50MP Sony LYT-600 main sensor with OIS and an 8MP ultra-wide lens, along with a 16MP selfie camera.
Under the hood, it’s rumored to run on MediaTek’s Dimensity 8350 chipset, paired with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage. A massive 7,100mAh battery with 80W fast charging could be the standout feature, along with OxygenOS 15 based on Android 15.
Pricing & Other Details
OnePlus is likely to keep the Nord CE 5 competitively priced under INR 25,000, making it a strong contender in the mid-range segment. Interestingly, tipster Yogesh Brar claims that OnePlus might skip the Nord CE 5 Lite this year, possibly focusing on this model instead.
