Xiaomi’s sub-brand Redmi just dropped the Turbo 4 Pro in China, and it’s packing a massive 7,550 mAh battery. Rumors suggest this phone might hit global markets as the POCO F7. But here’s the catch—Xiaomi often tweaks specs for different regions, especially battery sizes. Last year, global models got smaller batteries, while Chinese and Indian versions kept the bigger ones.

POCO F7 Battery Differences Leaked
A recent leak hints that the POCO F7 won’t have the same battery worldwide. The global variant might get a 6,500 mAh cell, while Indian and Chinese models could keep the 7,550 mAh capacity. All versions are expected to support 90W fast charging, but since Xiaomi hasn’t confirmed anything yet, take this with a grain of salt. If the F7 is indeed a rebranded Turbo 4 Pro, most specs should stay the same.
The Redmi Turbo 4 Pro boasts a sharp 6.83-inch OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and insane 3,200 nits peak brightness. It runs on Snapdragon 8s Gen 4, paired with HyperOS 2 (based on Android 15). Camera-wise, there’s a 50MP main sensor with OIS, an 8MP ultra-wide, and a 20MP selfie shooter. Beyond raw power, it offers premium extras like an IP68 rating, stereo speakers, and even 22.5W reverse charging.
If the POCO F7 follows suit, it could be a powerhouse but with a slightly smaller battery outside Asia. Either way, Xiaomi fans have a lot to look forward to.
