iQOO Pad 5e key specifications tipped, launching alongside the iQOO Pad 5 and Pad 5 Pro

The Android tablet market is about to get a lot more competitive. Right now, if you want a tablet that isn’t an iPad, you mostly have choices from Xiaomi and Samsung. But that’s going to change soon. Many brands, including iQOO, are preparing to launch new tablets. In fact, iQOO isn’t just working on one or two tablets—they’re developing several new models.

iQOO Pad 5e will feature 12.1-inch display, Snapdragon 8 series chipset

Early reports suggests that the Chinese tech giant is reportedly working on the iQOO Pad 5 and Pad 5 Pro tablets. Now, a new information coming from the popular tipster Digital Chat Station on Weibo reveals that the firm is also working on mid-range tablet that would be formally known as iQOO Pad 5e. Some of its specifications have been tipped as well.

As per the post, the iQOO Pad 5e will pack a 12.1-inch screen with 2.8K pixel resolution. It would be an LCD panel. The gadget will be powered by the Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset. In the same post, the tipster has revealed that the iQOO Pad 5 and Pad 5 Pro tablets will be powered by MediaTek’s Dimensity 9300+ and 9400+ chipset respectively.

The Pad 5 series will hit China on May 20th at 19:00 local time. The Pad 5 Pro is going to be a performance-heavy tablet that will pack a 40600mm² three-dimensional cooling system, a whopping 12050mAh battery and a 13-inch screen. The brand will also launch its new iQOO TWS Air3, iQOO Watch 5, iQOO Neo 10 Pro+ and other products in the same event.
