OnePlus is all set to launch the OnePlus Ace 5 Racing Edition and Ace 5 Extreme Edition smartphones in China on May 27th. Both the devices may launch globally as OnePlus Nord CE 5 and OnePlus Nord 5 moniker respectively. The devices, as the name implies, are going to be highly targeted towards gamers and power-hungry users. One of the officials of OnePlus has now claimed that the firm has worked a solution that could revolutionize the mobile gaming experience.
What’s the new “e-sports triple-core” gaming feature on the OnePlus Ace 5 series?
The President of OnePlus China has posted on his Weibo handle claiming that the upcoming OnePlus Ace 5 devices will be the first in the industry to use a new “e-sports triple-core” gaming feature. This will enable the devices to achieve the industry’s strongest 1% low frame performance.
The official statement reads (translated): “OnePlus Ace5 Extreme Series will be the first to launch the “e-sports three-core” in the industry ! This is the industry’s first “full-link chip-level” hardware solution for gaming experience, which comprehensively solves all types of lags during the game and brings a truly “ultimate” gaming experience!
In the past year, we have conducted nearly 100 user interviews on gaming experience. One interesting question was: “Without considering other factors, what kind of mobile phone do you want for playing games?” The answer was very consistent: “I just want a mobile phone that can play games without lag no matter how hard I play.”
