There has been a lot of confusion surrounding the global debut of the Vivo X200 FE. It was previously reported that the device, along with the X Fold 5, would arrive in the first week of the month. However, no official confirmation was provided for this. Then another source contends that the launch date is July 23rd. Fortunately, the Indian division has confirmed the official launch date for the Vivo X200 FE and X Fold 5 devices in the regional market.
July 14th – the official Indian launch date for Vivo X200 FE, X Fold 5
Vivo India has finally confirmed the launch date of two of its upcoming smartphones, the X200 FE and the flagship X Fold 5. Both the devices will launch in the market on July 14th.
The Vivo X200 FE is going to be the rebranded version of the China’s Vivo S30 Pro Mini. It is not expected to carry any significant changes in the hardware specifications. It is going to be a compact device with a 6.3-inch 120Hz AMOLED display.
The gadget will pack a triple-rear camera setup with a 50-megapixel primary lens, an 8-megapixel secondary ultrawide and a 50-megapixel 3X optical zoom periscope. It will have a 50-megapixel front selfie snapper. The battery is going to be 6,500mAh with 90W fast charging support.
The Vivo X Fold 5, on the other hand, is going to be the one of the slimmest foldable flagships in the market. It weighs around 217g with the thickness of 9.2mm when folded. Despite this, it packs a huge 6,000mAh battery.
