Former CEO of HONOR India, Madhav Seth, recently announced his new venture, the NxtQuantum Shift Technologies and AI+ mobiles. The NxtQuantum Shift Technologies is going to be software-focused brand that will provide and offer services to the software made for AI+ smartphone. The venture has now announced the launch of NxtQuantumOS, which is going to be India’s homegrown operating system.
NxtQuantum OS: a new privacy-focused software is in the works
As per the CEO and Founder of NxtQuantum Shift Technologies, Madhav Seth, the NxtQuantum OS is built from scratch locally in India. It is designed to represent a move towards digital independence and give its users the full control over their data. All of the information such as history, backups, user data will be stored locally in India.
The data will be sent and stored on MeitY (Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology) approved Google cloud servers. There would be no third-party access to the data.
The CEO emphasizes that NxtQuantum OS believes in privacy as a core value, rather than toggle. He further adds that the system architecture ensures even the developers have no access to the user data.
NxtQuantum OS features locally trained AI models that enables smart, contect-aware functionalities while also maintaining the highest standards of data privacy. A dedicated India design centre is given the responsibility to the full lifecycle of the software, including major updates and patches.
Now all these claims look very intriguing, we are waiting to the device to land officially in the country so that we can have more detailed information about the product and the new OS.
