Samsung’s annual Galaxy Unpacked event is among the most anticipated tech events by enthusiasts. In this particular event, the firm launches its flagship smartphones. This year, we are going to see the debut of the Galaxy S25 series. There have been a lot of leaks and rumours about it. But it looks like our wait is soon going to come to an end. The brand has officially confirmed the Galaxy Unpacked 2025 dates.

Samsung has confirmed that the Galaxy Unpacked 2025 will kick in on January 22nd at 6PM UTC (11:30 PM IST). Four different Galaxy S25 series devices will be launched in the event.

The Samsung Galaxy S25 will be the vanilla model in the series. It will share many similarities with the Galaxy S25+ device. The only major difference between both of these devices are going to be the screen size and battery capacity. The S25 will have a compact screen size whereas the Plus model will get a sligthly larger screen. Because of the larger screen and form factor, the Plus variant will get a bigger battery capacity too. Both the devices will share similar design language.

The next model in the series is probably going to be the Galaxy S25 Slim. It’s an all-new addition to the S-lineup. This device will target the users looking for sleek and lightweight design. Rumoured specifications reveals 6.6-inch display, a powerful camera setup with a whopping 200-megapixel primary lens with 50-megapixel ultrawide and a 50-megapixel telephoto lens for optical zoom. It is said to be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset and a 500mAh battery. However, it’s not all roses. There maybe some cutdowns here and there to maintain its slim profile. It’s been said that there will not be any wireless charging support.

Last device in our list is the most awaited and most premium Samsung flagship, the Galaxy S25 Ultra. Many people think of this device as benchmark for Android flagship. It is going to offer top-tier specifications. Early leaks and renders reveals slight changes in design. The corners of the device are now going to be more rounded than its predecessor.
