Before the official launch, an internet leak has unveiled the device in its entirety, generating buzz across various online platforms.

The device reveals two distinct color options: Black and White. The White variant showcases a glossy finish on its rear panel, while the Black model boasts a matte finish. Render images display a squircle-shaped camera bump housing three rear cameras. Notably, the camera bump specifies “100X Tele Zoom,” indicating the presence of a telephoto lens supporting up to 100X digital zoom. The brand logo is vertically aligned on the bottom right-hand side of the device.
Additionally, there’s speculation about a partnership between iQOO and BMW, hinted by the presence of BMW-colored icons and the text “Fascination Meets Innovation” positioned alongside the iQOO logo. The device showcases a curved frame, and it is expected to feature support for true dual stereo speakers, evident from the speaker grille located on the top frame.
The product manager for iQOO previously said that the smartphones in the iQOO 12 series have “enhanced performance and a more refined design.” These devices are equipped with the e-sports chip Q1, which has a screen that can handle a 144Hz refresh rate, and iQOO’s largest “X,” which is almost twice as large. The periscope telephoto lens is amplified by 30% thanks to the addition of premium symmetrical twin speakers and axis linear motors.
The upcoming series is anticipated to be among the pioneering smartphones to incorporate the powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 mobile chipset. Leaks regarding this forthcoming chipset have unveiled its substantial capacity and high-performance attributes. This revelation significantly adds to our anticipation, and we’re enthusiastic about testing and experiencing its capabilities, particularly within the realm of iQOO devices. [Via]
