It has been confirmed by various leakers that Oppo will not release a foldable series in 2024 and may delay it further. We now have some new leaks about the next-generation foldable phone, the Oppo Find N5.
Oppo Find N5 New Leaks Emerge
According to the well-known Weibo tipster Digital Chat Station, the Find N5 will feature an ultra-flat inner screen and a high-resolution outer screen, which means that both the inner and outer screens will have higher resolutions. It will still include a triple camera module, and a periscope camera will be present.
The foldable phone will also be lighter and thinner than its previous generation. One of the main reasons why Oppo delayed the launch of its new foldable phone might be the scheduling of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 chipset. Thus, the Oppo Find N5 will feature the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 chipset, making it one of the first foldables to do so.
Launch Timeline
According to the same source, the Oppo Find N5 is currently tentatively scheduled for a Q1 2025 release in China. We suspect that this particular foldable will also be released in international markets.
