OPPO is gearing up for the release of its flagship OPPO Find X8 series of devices. The series is stated to have three different models; OPPO Find X8, X8 Pro and X8 Ultra. The X8 and X8 Pro are expected to launch this October whereas the Ultra model is said to launch in early 2025. But before the launch, we have the specifications of the device leaked online.

We all are excited about the upcoming OPPO Find X8 lineup. And for the first time, it’s been said that the devices will launch in the overseas and Indian markets. Anyway, a post made on the Chinese microblogging platform Weibo reveals the possible specifications of the coming Find X8 and X8 Pro. Per the rumour, the vanilla X8 will have a 6.5-inch display while the Pro will have a larger 6.8-inch display. Both the panels will be of 1.5k pixel resolution.

The devices are said to be powered by MediaTek’s latest Dimensity 9400 chipset. The X8 will have a triple rear camera setup with a single periscope telephoto lens, whereas the Pro will have quad rear cameras. All the camera modules will make use of Sony’s camera lenses. Further, the report claims that the devices will cut on ultrasonic fingerprint scanner and will have an optical under-display fingerprint scanner.
The vanilla model won’t have wireless charging support. The Pro model may retain this feature though. Alongside this, the report claims that the top-of-the-line Find X8 Ultra device will have a custom Sony camera sensor. This sounds exciting, however, we are still away from its launch.
