Oppo launched Oppo Find X8 and Find X8 Pro last month in the Chinese market. The phone has some of the best hardware on a smartphone in the market directly rivalling the likes of Xiaomi 15 series and Vivo X200 series. Now the highly anticipated series is going global with a confirmed launch date. The last Find X series in the global market was Find X5 Pro in 2022, since then there were no Find X series in global markets.
Oppo has officially announced that Oppo Find X8 series will debut globally on 21st November, 2024. The launch event will take place in Bali, Indonesia. Just after the global announcement, Oppo India has also announced that the Find X8 series will be launching in the country on the same day. The series includes Oppo Find X8 and X8 Pro.
Oppo will also announce the global version of ColorOS 15 alongside the Find X8 series launch event. The pre-orders are already started globally and in India.
Oppo Find X8 global variant features a 6.59inch 1.5k 120hz display, the battery capacity will be 5630 mah battery whereas the Pro variant comes with a 6.78inch 1.5k 120hz display, the battery capacity is slightly bigger at 5910mah. Both the devices are powered by Mediatek Dimensity 9400 chip and Hasselblad camera tuning.
The imaging is also quite impressive, the Oppo Find X8 has a 50MP Sony LTY-700 primary sensor, a 50MP ultrawide camera, and a 50MP Sony LYT-600 periscope module. The Pro variant features a 50MP LYT-808 main sensor, 50MP Ultrawide camera, 50MP Sony LYT-600 3x periscope and 50MP Sony IMX858 6x periscope telephoto camera.
