Realme 14 is in the works: might use the Snapdragon 6 Gen 4

Realme recently announced its Realme 14 Pro lineup, which includes two models: the Realme 14 Pro and the 14 Pro+. Notably, the Pro model features a world-first cold-sensitive rear panel that changes color when exposed to cold temperatures or substances like cold water. Now, it has been reported that the company is working on the base model, the Realme 14, and we can expect its launch in the market soon.

Realme 14 listed on Geekbench and TDRA; launch imminent

An upcoming Realme smartphone with the model number RMX5070 was recently spotted on the TDRA certification. The website confirms its moniker as Realme 14. However, the similar model number is also shared by the Realme P3 device. But anwyay, the gadget is also listed on the Geekbench platform. While the TDRA does not reveal any information about the device, the Geekbench reveals some useful insights about it.

According to the Geekbench listing, the device will feature the Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 chipset. The device, in the testing, managed to score 1,110 points in single core test and 3,116 points in multi core test. Since the device was listed running Android 15, we can easily say that it will boot up on Realme UI 5.0 based on Android 15 tight out of the box. The 12GB RAM variant is also confirmed since the variant listed on the certification has 12GB RAM.

Early reports reveal that the upcoming Realme device will pack a 5860mAh battery with the support of 45W fast wired charging. Thanks to the new gen silicon carbon battery tech, we are getting higher battery capacity in the latest smartphones without any major compromise on the design and thickness.
