Modern smartphones have started to come with enormous fast charging speeds. Some devices have as fast as 120W charging that can fuel up the smartphone battery to 100% in less than half an hour. But that’s not the end of this era. Realme has reportedly developed the world’s fastest smartphone charging tech. And it’s way faster than you can think of.
Realme to Announce its 320W World’s Fastest Smartphone Charging Tech
Realme has officially announced that they will unveil the world’s fastest smartphone charging tech in China on August 8th, 2024. The tech will support up to 320W of output and will be able to fully charge the battery to 100% in as little as 4 minutes. Even though they did not reveal the exact capacity of the battery that can be charged to 100% in 4 minutes, it’s still very very fast.

Some of the recent fastest-charging smartphones take around 15 minutes to charge a 4500mAh battery and the upcoming tech is going to take only 4 minutes. It’s literally less than half of the current charging time taken by the fast chargers. This drastic reduction in the charging time can benefit a lot of users, especially during the times when you have to go somewhere in a hurry and you find out that your device has no fuel left.
Apart from this, there’s no information on whether the brand is going to launch it with some device or whether this event is going to be a showcase of the tech. But whatever it is, what we know is that we are not very far from getting our hands on this world’s fastest charging tech by Realme. The brand will very likely announce this new tech with its upcoming smartphone in a couple of months.
