Sony’s upcoming handheld gaming PC leaked on the web, Sony PlayStation Project Q

In 2023, the latest trend centers around the development of portable gaming PCs. One of the standout examples is the Steam Deck, which has garnered significant praise from users. Now, following in Steam’s footsteps, Sony is preparing to introduce its own offering, known as PlayStation Project Q.

Several images of Project Q’s design have surfaced on the internet, and we have to say that the design may not be as captivating as expected. Sony’s new gaming machine isn’t actually a cloud gaming device, but it does require the games to be installed on your PlayStation 5. You’ll be able to play games remotely and you’ll need a Wi-Fi connection for that.

It’s essentially an Android tablet with a controller, as we already mentioned, you need a PlayStation to play games.

This device looks like a gaming machine made specifically for PlayStation owners. Whether its performance lives up to expectations remains a topic of debate, but it appears to cater to a relatively niche group of users. Notably, all the buttons present on the DualSense controller seem to be replicated on this device.
