Vivo has finally released its most anticipated flagship phones, the Vivo X200 Series in China. The series contains three phones, the base Vivo X200, middle one is Vivo X200 Pro Mini and the high end version Vivo X200 Pro, all boast top tier hardware features in a sleek design.
Vivo X200
Vivo X200 features a 6.67 inch large 1.5k resolution micro quad curved screen. The device is powered by Mediatek Dimensity 9400 processor with significant improvements in CPU and GPU over the previous generation. The battery is also very impressive at 5800mah capacity and fast 90W wired charging.
The highlight is the camera, X200 features a triple camera setup with a single periscope module. The main camera is IMX921 f/1.57 1/1.56″, ultra-wide angle is 50MP JN1, periscope is IMX882 f/2.57 70mm, supports telephoto macro, supports 10X fusion super resolution algorithm. It also has DtoF sensor and Zeiss T* anti reflective coating. The Vivo X200 will come in White, Blue, Grey and Black variants.
Vivo X200 Pro Mini
Vivo X200 Pro mini is a compact flagship which boasts a 6.31 inch 1.5k 120hz flat display. The phone is also powered by Mediatek Dimensity 9400 processor. Despite its small size, Vivo managed to pack in a Ultra large 5700mah battery capacity in the Vivo X200 Pro mini and it also supports fast 90W wired and 30W wireless charging protocols.
The camera specifications include a triple camera set-up with rear 50MP main camera (Sony LYT-818,1/1.28″VCS bionic spectrum 2.0,OIS) 50MP ultra wide angle (Samsung S5KJN1,1/2.76 “) 50MP Periscope (Sony IMX882 1/1.98”,OIS) laser focus camera with dToF sensor , and Zeiss T* optical lens coating. The X200 Pro mini comes in Titanium Green, Light Pink, Plain White, and Simple Black.
Vivo X200 Pro
Vivo X200 Pro features a large 6.78 inch 1.5K LTPO micro quad curved display. The display boasts a brightness of over 4500 nits. Vivo X200 Pro display is one of the few displays which can refresh from 0.1Hz to 120Hz. The display also has several other technologies like P3 Colour Gamer, Dolby Vision display, Ultra Motion for small frame rate and high frequency PWM dimming. The X200 Pro’s display is tuned by Zeiss and is protected by Armor glass. The smartphone is also powered by the same Dimensity 9400 processor. X200 Pro also has a big 6000mAh battery with 90W wired charging and 30W wireless charging protocols.
The highlight of the Vivo X200 Pro is it’s imaging department powered by Vivo’s V3+ imaging chip, in rear it features a triple camera setup with 50MP main camera (Sony LYT-818,1/1.28″,VCS bionic spectrum 2.0,0IS) 50MP ultra wide angle (Samsung S5KJN1,1/2.76 “) 200MP Zeiss APO telephoto (Samsung S5KHP9,1/1.4”,OlS) ,DtoF sensor , Zeiss T* optical lens anti reflective coating, night view mode,support 4K60fps Dolby Vision, 4K120fps slow motion video capabilities. The Vivo X200 Pro comes in Moonlight White, Sapphire Blue, Titanium Grey and a Carbon Black colour. There is also a special Satellite Connectivity Version.
In China the Vivo X200 Series boots Origin OS 5 out of the box based on Android 15. All Vivo X200 Series phones contain the same front camera specifications i.e. 32MP (SamsungS5KKD1 1/3.44). Vivo X200 doesn’t come with wireless charging technology and both the Vivo X200 and X200 Pro Mini features a USB 2.0 Type C port and optical fingerprint scanner. Whereas the X200 Pro features a ultrasonic fingerprint scanner.

Vivo X200 Pro comes with a 12/256GB, 16/512GB, 16GB/1TB, and a special 16GB/1TB Satellite Edition. Prices are CNY 5,299 ( $748/€685/₹62,900), CNY 5,999, CNY 6,499, and CNY 6,799, respectively.
