The Vice President of Vivo and General Manager of Brand and Product Strategy, Jia Jindong has revealed a lot of information such as the launch date and key specifications of an upcoming smartphone of the Vivo Y series. Per the official, the Vivo Y300 Pro is set to launch in China very soon.
Jingdong says that the Vivo Y series has earned a global reputation for being durable, user-friendly and popular. The series has served as many as 300 million users globally. The series follows the brand’s decentralization strategy, making it very competitive in the category. The brand is making a switch to a “leapfrogging” strategy by launching the Vivo Y300. Therefore, their device will offer top-of-the-line specifications found in the flagship devices.
Vivo Y300 Pro 5G specifications
Starting with the specifications, the Vivo Y300 Pro will offer an industry-leading 6.77-inch OLED screen with a micro quad curved design. It is said to have a peak brightness of up to 5000 nits. The panel will also have an eye protection feature that will make use of technologies like blue light filtering and anti-stobe features. It has been certified by the National Ophthalmology Engineering Centre and SGS for eye protection.
The device will also pack a whopping 6500mAh battery. The brand claims that it can offer up to 12.1 hours of gaming on a single full charge. The battery will make use of new high-density tech that will make it incredibly thin at 7.69mm. It will pack 80W wireless charging support along with both wireless and reverse wireless charging.
