The much-awaited Xiaomi HyperOS 2.0 has been finally announced in China, alongside the Xiaomi 15 series. As promised, the new user interface brings a lot of new features such as better lock screen customization options, new game mode and other software improvements. The animations were also re-visited and its finally improved. The advanced blur is also introduced which makes the UI look good. But as always, Xiaomi reserves most of its “GOOD” HyperOS/MIUI features in China and the global users get a penny.

HyperOS 2.0 global release and timeline announced
The founder and CEO of Xiaomi, Lei Jun has officially announced the global release of HyperOS 2.0 on the X (formerly Twitter) platform. Per the social media post, HyperOS 2.0 will be first available in the Xiaomi 14T series. The post also shares the list of devices that are supposed to receive the HyperOS 2.0 update for the months of November and December 2024. Here’s a brief overview of the same:
