OnePlus is getting ready to release the standard version of its first OnePlus Pad, called OnePlus Pad Go, in India. The device will be launched in India on October 6th, 2023. It’s uncertain whether it will also be released in the global market. There have been several leaks and rumors about the device online, and now another leak has emerged revealing its key specifications!
OnePlus Pad Go’s latest leak confirms the presence of MediaTek Helio G99
OneNormalUsername on X.com (formerly Twitter), a user who provided the leak regarding the gadget, stated that the OnePlus Pad Go is identified by two model numbers: OPD2305 and OPD2304. These numbers are believed to correspond to the Wi-Fi-only and cellular variants of the device.
According to recent leaks, it appears that the tablet will only have one version available, featuring 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of UFS 2.2 storage, though it’s possible that another option with 128 GB of storage may be offered. The device will be powered by the Helio G99 chipset (identified by the MT6789 model number) and will have a battery capacity of 8,000mAh.
Further, the tablet will have the support for a USB Type-C port for charging and data transfer with USB 2.0 standard. For photography and videography, it will offer a basic camera setup (obviously, the tablets aren’t meant for extreme cameras). On the front, we will get an 8-megapixel snapper, and a similar 8-megapixel sensor will be there on the rear as well.
OnePlus has confirmed that its new tablet will have a 2.4K resolution 11.35-inch LCD panel and four Dolby Atmos-supported speakers. We don’t have any other information about the device yet, but we’re sure to learn more as more leaks and reports emerge, or we can simply wait until the launch event.
