Upcoming Moto G85’s complete specifications leaked via TENAA

Motorola is doing very well in the budget segment. Its G-series and Edge series of devices have helped the brand to gain immense popularity in the range. The brand is now planning to launch a new smartphone in its G series, the Moto G85. The device has been reportedly spotted on TENAA certification and it reveals complete specifications of the device.

Moto G85 will possibly have Snapdragon 4 Gen 3

As per the report by Gizmochina, the Moto G85 has been spotted on the TENAA website. The certifications reveals that the G85 will come with a 6.8-inches OLED screen with curved edges and  FullHD+ pixel resolution. The curved screen was once exclusive to flagship devices and now it’s getting popular in midrange devices as well.

Talking further, the website reveals that it will have a 2.3GHz octa-core processor. But if we follow its previous listing on Geekbench, then the chipset that powers Moto G85 is nothing else than the Snapdragon 4 Gen 3. Interestingly, it will be available in four different RAM and storage variants. It will have 8GB, 12GB, 16GB and 18GB of RAM options, followed by 128GB, 256GB, 512GB and 1TB of storage options.

The device will be powered by a 5000mAh battery. There is no information on the charging capability of the gadget but what we can bet upon is that it will not have slow charging. We may get a 33W and above fast charging support. It will have a dual rear camera setup with a 50-megapixel primary wide lens and an 8-megapixel secondary ultrawide lens. For selfies, the device packs a 32-megapixel selfie shooter.

For security and privacy, it will have an under-display fingerprint scanner support. There may be a face unlock as well. The listing reveals that it will be available in black, green and blue colour variants. For dimensions, it will measure  161.9 x 73 x 7.5mm, and it will weigh 171 grams.

So that was it for the complete specifications of the upcoming Moto G85 smartphone. The specs do look interesting. However, the TENAA doesn’t reveal how the device is going to look so that is probably going to be revealed in upcoming teasers or the launch event itself.
