vivo X90S mightsoon make its appearance, powered by the highly anticipated MediaTek Dimensity 9200+ chipset. The previous models in the vivo X90 series, namely the vanilla X90 and X90 Pro models were both launched with MediaTek Dimensity 9200 chipset.
vivo X90S with MediaTek Dimensity 9200+
vivo X90 Pro+ currently leads as vivo’s most powerful flagship phone, featuring a powerful camera system and Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset. Dimensity 9200 chipset is also a good chipset with its high performance.
According to reports from DCS, the first model to adopt the upcoming MediaTek Dimensity 9200+ will be vivo X90S. This device will feature a curved display, aligning with the design language of the other X90 series phones. It is likely that the vivo X100 series will come with MediaTek Dimensity 9300 as vivo commonly uses chipsets from MediaTek on their phones.
MediaTek Dimensity 9200+ is expected to follow a 1+3+4 core architecture, consisting of 1 Cortex-X3 core, 3 Cortex-A715 cores, and 4 Cortex-A510 cores. The prime core of the chipset is anticipated to operate at an impressive clock speed of 3.35 GHz. The rumors also suggest that Dimensity 9200+ will feature a better performance than Snapdragon 8 Gen 2.
