Xiaomi is all set to launch its flagship Xiaomi 15 series of devices. We will see the launch of Xiaomi 15 and 15 Pro somewhere in October this year. But before that, we already have a bunch of leaks and rumours regarding it making rounds on the internet. A fresh piece of information now reveals something interesting about the telephoto camera of the Xiaomi 15 Pro smartphone.
Xiaomi 15 Pro will feature the same telephoto as Xiaomi 14 Ultra
The Xiaomi 14 Ultra was quite famous in the industry for offering one of the finest camera experiences. Meanwhile, Xiaomi is planning something very interesting with the upcoming Xiaomi 15 Pro. As per the latest information, the Xiaomi 15 Pro will feature the same periscope telephoto lens as the Xiaomi 14 Ultra.
This means that there would be no difference in terms of periscope camera hardware between the Xiaomi 14 Ultra and the upcoming Xiaomi 15 Pro. The 14 Ultra had a 120mm IMX858 f/1.5 periscope telephoto lens with Optical Image Stabilization support. The same hardware will be used in 15 Pro as well.

Regarding other specifications, Xiaomi 15 Pro is said to offer a 6.73-inch micro-curved OLED display with 2K pixel resolution and support of up to 120Hz high refresh rate. Further, the device will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen-4 chipset. It will draw power from a 5400mAh battery that will support up to 120W fast wired charging support.
