OnePlus 13 Leaked Specifications Confirms 6000mAh Battery, 50MP Sony Camera

OnePlus has been getting a lot of mentions in the news headlines, primarily because of the widespread motherboard dead issues reported by the OnePlus 9 Pro and 10 Pro users. But anyway, the brand is working on its upcoming flagship, the OnePlus 13. It is supposed to launch in China this October and will be one of the first devices to feature Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 chipset.

OnePlus 13 latest leak reveals main camera, battery and other specifications

Known tipster Digital Chat Station is now back with new leaks concerning the upcoming OnePlus 13 smartphone. As per the tipster, the device will come equipped with a Sony LYT-808 primary wide sensor. It will have a 50-megapixel pixel resolution and f/1.6 aperture. This is the same lens found in the OnePlus 12 as well. So the previous rumours saying that the OnePlus 13 won’t have major camera upgrades may be true.

Further, it’s been reported that it will have a 50-megapixel secondary ultrawide lens followed by the same 50-megapixel periscope telephoto zoom lens. The periscope lens will have the support of up to 3X optical zoom.

Another upgrade coming to the OnePlus 13 will be in the battery department. It will now pack a massive 6000mAh battery, up from 5400mAh battery from its predecessor. It will have the same 100W fast wired charging support along with 50W wireless charging. That’s all the DCS had to report about the device in his latest post.

Early reports also reveal that the OnePlus 13 will have a 6.8-inch 8T OLED panel with a micro quad curved design. It will have QHD+ 1440*3168 pixel resolution with the support of up to 120Hz high refresh rate. The device will also come with an IP68/69 water and dust resistance rating.

Talking about it more, it will have an ultrasonic under-display fingerprint scanner and that’s a good thing. It is expected to boot up on Android 15-powered OxygenOS when it launches in the global market. Chinese variant may boot up on Android 14 powered ColorOS 15. There is no information on the global launch of the gadget yet. However, keeping the record of the brand in mind, we can expect the OnePlus 13 to launch in the overseas market in early 2025.
