Redmi Note 13 4G model caught in the IMEI database, so what does it offer?

Redmi Note 13 series was recently introduced in China. This lineup includes Redmi Note 13 5G, Redmi Note 13 Pro, and Redmi Note 13 Pro+. Now, Redmi Note 13 4G / 4G NFC has been detected in GSMA IMEI database. Additionally, details about the processor that will power these devices have also been revealed. Kacper Skrzypek mentioned that Redmi Note 13 4G will be powered by Snapdragon 685.

This suggests that Redmi Note 13 4G may not offer a performance improvement compared to the previous generation Redmi Note 12 4G. In reality, Redmi Note 13 4G could potentially be a rebranded Redmi Note 12 4G. GSMA IMEI database indicates that Redmi Note 13 4G series has been added to IMEI database.

Redmi Note 13 4G Added to IMEI Database

Redmi Note 13 4G will be an affordable new addition to the Redmi Note series, but it won’t be available immediately. When it comes to the key specs of  Redmi Note 13 4G, it seems that it won’t differ significantly from its predecessors. The codenames of these smartphones will be “sapphire” and “sapphiren“.

The Redmi Note 13 4G comes in two versions, one with NFC and other without NFC. The internal model numbers are “N7” and “N7N“. The detection of these smartphones in the GSMA IMEI database provides some clues as to when the models might be available for sale.

Redmi Note 13 4G has model numbers 23129RAA4G and 23129RA5FL. These models will be available in countries like Turkey and India. The model number 23124RA7EO belongs to the Redmi Note 13 4G NFC, which is set to be launched in countries such as Europe and Indonesia. Today, Kacper Skrzypek stated that these smartphones will feature the Snapdragon 685 processor. New Redmi Note 13 4G models are expected to bear similarities to their predecessors.

Similar to the previous model Redmi Note 12 4G, Redmi Note 13 4G will be launched with Android 13 based MIUI 14. Later, the smartphones will receive HyperOS along with Android 14. Apart from these details, nothing else is known about these smartphones.
